establish that:
the following problems occur:
- dangerous use of motor scooters
- property damage
- threats and stalking of local residents by students
- homophobic insults
- tresspassing
- harm to animals.
- littering.
- vandalism
and request
the relocation of the college because of the ongoing problems, even after direct contact with the College, the municipality and the police.
